Prior to joining 2M, Ian was associate general counsel for HBK Capital Management and practiced law with Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Ian was a financial analyst with Kirkland and Ellis prior to earning his law degree. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and juris doctor degree, magna cum laude from the University of Illinois.
